Faculty-led Program Proposal

Students wishing to view education abroad opportunities should visit or contact Global Affairs - Education Abroad at for more information.

WVU courses abroad are the most common way that WVU students study abroad. All faculty teaching a course abroad must complete the faculty-led program proposal. All faculty, staff, and students traveling abroad for academic conferences and other non-teaching related activities must complete the WVU International Travel Registration.

Proposal Submission Deadlines:
Fall/Winter Break Programming: May 1
Spring/Spring Break Programming: September 1
Summer Programming: November 1
